The Mindful Dating Workshop
The Mindful Dating Workshop is designed as a 12-week crash course on how to date intentionally and mindfully (though if you’re on a roll, you can do it all in a single weekend!). You will get access to this 12-topic course with instructional videos, in-depth examples on topics related to online dating, a Dating Diary with reflective prompts to teach and embolden you, and inspirational encouragement about getting out there in a confident way.
