Speed Dating Like You’ve Truly Never Seen Before

I am so, SO excited to announce that I am partnering with Rob Roseman of WTF Divorce to bring you a live virtual speed dating experience—truly like you’ve never experienced before.

I know “virtual dating event” conjures up nightmare images of cringey Zoom rooms and stilted conversations. Get that out of your head!

Here’s how ours works:

You’ll enter a cool, uniquely curated virtual room that looks something like this.

We’ll guide you through a couple of quick group ice breaker games to get you chatting with your fellow daters.

We’ll do a round robin of speed dating, where you’ll talk to each member of the opposite sex one-on-one for a mini date, in an atmosphere that’s fun and super relaxed.

You’ll fill out a quick form at the end to say who you liked, and we’ll share your contact info after the event if it’s a mutual match.

You’ll be all done after an hour, no travel time required!

What: Virtual Singles Event with Style My Profile x WTF Divorce: Speed Dating Like You’ve Never Seen Before! No experience needed 🙂

When: Wednesday, October 9, 7pm EST

Where: online (you’ll need a computer with working audio and video)

Cost: Free! PLUS attendees will all receive the DIY Profile Kit (a $49 value), and will be entered in a raffle to win one hour of free date coaching with Alyssa (a $350 value)​

I know you have some questions—let me answer them:

Who’s going to attend?
​For this first one, it’ll be just singles ages 35-55 who live on the East Coast (if your time zone is EST, you can apply!). We’re capping the group at 20 people so you’ll have time to talk to everyone. We’ll ask you below to fill out a quick application form, because we want to curate a group of people we genuinely think will get along! If you’re not chosen this time, there will be others 🙂

Will it be awkward?
​That’s the beauty of how we’re going to run it—no time for any awkwardness. Your one-on-one speed dates will only be 3 minutes long, to keep things high energy and low pressure!

What if I don’t know what to say?
​We’ve got you covered. We’re going to have a ton of prompts and conversation topics at your disposal the whole time. Even if you’re entirely new to dating, you won’t get tongue-tied.

Do I have to be tech savvy?
​If you know how to turn your computer’s sound and video on, you’re going to be all set.

Will I meet the love of my life?
​We don’t have a crystal ball, but we sure hope you will! But here’s the real thing—we want you to have a ton of fun and build up great dating skills. If you haven’t dated in a few years (or 20!), this is an easy space for you to get over the jitters and stretch your dating muscles, with dating experts guiding you every step of the way. We hope this will show you that dating isn’t scary! And we also hope sparks will fly 🙂
