No big deal, but I got to talk to celebrity fitness and wellness expert Robert Brace this week, and it got me so lit up about aging gracefully/healthfully/
I got some midlife myths fully debunked, and learned so much about the ways that fitness isn’t just about aesthetic changes, but about regulating the nervous system. There’s so much science behind the serotonin, endorphins, and oxytocin created by movement, and it was awesome to hear the details from an expert who is also so relatable (and charismatic!).
I know this one isn’t directly about dating, but I’d argue that what I learned from Robert Brace about cultivating confidence will have some of the most direct impacts on your dating life.
