Do you ever meet someone in mid-life and you feel like they could immediately be a friend? It’s rare. But it recently happened when I was introduced to Carly Fauth. Her positivity is contagious. I love how she can be just enough self-deprecating in a funny way, and she believes in what she does 10000%, and she’s super fun and kind to boot. So I thought: you all have to meet her too!
Carly is a fitness instructor and founder of Fit in Fitness, a virtual fitness program that helps people get fit in just 15 minutes a day. A lifelong advocate for mental health through fitness, Carly’s passion for wellness deepened when she was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer in February 2024. As a survivor, she now uses her journey to inspire others to unlock their own extraordinary personal strength and overcome life’s obstacles.
I was lucky enough to grab time with her to have her on The Dating Lab. In this fun episode, we talk about how she launched a podcast straight from her chemo infusion chair at Dana-Farber— which blows me away! (What began as a way to share strength and connection in the middle of treatment has evolved into the Fit in Fitness podcast). We talk about the parallels of dating and working out (hint: there are a lot of them!). And we talk a lot about how many people think exercise looks certain way and don’t try to find their idea of fun exercise (another hint: it doesn’t have to look like your neighbor who runs 5 miles every day).
But now to the part where you can transform your mindset around exercise and get fit in 15 minutes a day. The 15 Minute Club is exactly what it sounds like. It’s a 6-week program built around short, effective workouts and the mindset that helps you build strength, feel better in your body, and stay consistent without rearranging your entire life.
This isn’t about crushing yourself at the gym! It’s about smart movement, encouragement, and a plan that actually fits into real schedules, whether you’re juggling work, family, recovery, or just feeling stuck. I mean, we can all squeeze in 15 minutes, right? Especially with someone as fun and inspiring as Carly.
You get live coaching, on-demand workouts, and a supportive community to keep you going… all designed around the idea that 15 minutes truly matters.
The next session starts April 6th, and if you sign up early get an early bird discount. Just head to The 15 Minute Club to learn more and get on the waitlist.
To listen to my chat with Carly, you know what to do: you can listen on Spotify, Apple, YouTube, or wherever you get your podcasts.
Happy 15 Minutes!
