In case you missed it… in addition to the Mindful Dating 101 course, I just launched a new Mindful Dating Group Workshop, where I will work with a small group over 6 weeks to rework every single person’s profile (photos, styling, and bios) and have frank discussions about dating, from how to converse on the apps to how to rethink your approach to dating altogether.
